COSLORA SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing COSLORA! We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for important details about processing times, delivery, and tracking.

PROCESSING TIME

  • Standard Processing: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. Approximately 80% of orders are dispatched within this timeframe.

  • High Volume Periods: During promotional events, product launches, or holiday seasons, processing times may extend to 3–5 business days. We will notify you of any delays.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. A separate shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Estimated Delivery: 6–10 business days after dispatch

    • Cost: Free on all orders

    • Tracking: Provided via email once your order has been shipped

  • Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and dispatched. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

International Orders: Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number

  • A direct link to track your parcel

  • Estimated delivery date Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to update tracking information in their system.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS & ADDRESS CHANGES

  • Before Dispatch: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@coslora.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been processed.

  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the shipping address or cancel the shipment. Please ensure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If tracking shows your parcel was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with household members, neighbours, or building management.

  2. Look around your delivery location (porches, mailrooms, parcel lockers, etc.).

  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

  4. If you still cannot locate your parcel after 48 hours, contact us at info@coslora.com.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@coslora.com.

  • Include your order number and photos in your email. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of the parcel, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note that reshipment fees may apply if the return was due to customer error.

HOLIDAY & PEAK SEASON SHIPPING

During high-volume periods (Black Friday, public holidays, product launches), please expect:

  • Extended processing times (up to 5–7 business days).

  • Potential carrier delays.

PO BOXES & MILITARY ADDRESSES (APO/FPO/DPO)

We ship to PO Boxes and military addresses. Please note that delivery times may be longer, tracking may be limited once parcels enter military postal systems, and some shipping options may not be available for these addresses.
