CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be cancelled after 1 hour from the time of purchase.

RETURNS

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Hygiene Policy: For hygiene reasons, our beauty products  cannot be returned if they have been opened, unsealed, or used. Only unopened, sealed items in their original packaging are eligible for return.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Opened or used beauty/foundation products.

    • Customized or made-to-order products.

    • Final sale items.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item.

REFUND PROCESS

  1. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  2. Processing: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider’s policies.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are proven to be defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please contact us at info@coslora.com for instructions.
